I highly recommend Lior Aldad as an attorney to handle an apartment closing in NYC. He handled all the details from dealing with the bank and the co-op including getting all dependencies closed out. Within hours of the closing, all the proceeds were deposited in my account with no hassles. He communicated well also throughout the process with the real estate agent and ofcourse the other attorney. All in all, the experience was a pleasant one and I would highly recommend Lior to a friend or colleague.
